In order to actively respond to the spiritual requirements of the risk control documents of the group company, further improve the legal risk awareness of the company's employees, and enhance the legal risk prevention and control ability, the legal department of our company organized and carried out the company's legal knowledge training in the company's conference room in June this year in combination with the needs of construction project management. all the employees of the company's headquarters participated in the training.
This training invited the company's legal adviser, Jiangxi Yuzhang Law Firm Xu lawyer to our company to teach. The teaching content mainly focuses on the management of company seals, through the types of seals, the scope of use, the legal effect of various seals in the administrative management and project construction process and related risk prevention and control work. In the course of teaching, lawyer Xu interacted with the employees through the seal management content, extended the corresponding laws and regulations and various cases in the actual operation process, answered the problems encountered by the employees one by one, and discussed the actual legal problems encountered by the company.
In order to provide training opportunities for branch managers and expatriate project personnel outside the province, the company has conducted on-site connections through live webcasts.
Through this training, all the staff of the company have a new understanding of the risk of enterprise seal management, and at the same time strengthen the awareness of risk prevention and control, which has won the praise of the company's leaders and the majority of employees.

Through a simulated fire scenario, the drill covered the entire emergency response process, including evacuation, fire suppression, and first aid for injured personnel.
