The "notice" document makes it clear that the group company will conscientiously implement the spirit of Vice Governor Wu Xiaojun's speech at the research meeting, closely centering on the goal of "improving the core competitiveness, innovation ability and the quality and efficiency of enterprise development." to create a gold-lettered signboard for state-owned enterprises in the field of construction and engineering, and to divide the responsibilities among all departments of the group company. At the same time, all organizers are required to combine the actual situation of the company, formulate specific implementation programs and measures.
Xu Jingang said Governor Wu's speech benefited a lot. The development of an enterprise lies in the "core competitiveness". What is "core competitiveness"? In other words, what you can do is what others cannot do; what others can do, you do better than others. As a professional construction enterprise, we should develop towards the direction of "specialized, refined and cutting-edge" industry, and use the data management mode of science and technology, green, environmental protection, energy saving and cost reduction, so as not to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
