1. Caring for the masses of workers. 5. Improve the overall quality of employees. Organize and carry out more than 10 training and learning activities such as financial management lectures, special lectures on the popularization of fire protection knowledge, "beautiful Nanchang, I am an actor" thematic knowledge training lectures, BIM technology application training lectures, engineering data compilation and filing training, fire self-prevention and self-rescue awareness training activities, cadre and personnel file training sessions, English training classes, new college students' symposiums, new employee induction training, etc.
6. Guide employees to fulfill their social responsibilities. Organize and carry out voluntary service activities such as "giving blood and love, celebrating the centenary of the founding of the party", "one-day donation for charity", "learning party history, realizing the original heart, red movies into the community", "party flag flying high at the grass-roots level" community health clean-up activities, a total of more than 190 people participated.
