On the afternoon of December 2, the multi-functional conference room on the third floor of Jiangxi Construction Engineering Building was full of seats, and beautiful singing and cheerful applause were heard from time to time. With the end of the beautiful and moving chorus of the 15th program "me and my Motherland", the grass-roots activities of "Chinese Dream Labor Beauty" Jiangxi Trade Union entered Jiangxi Construction Engineering to hold a special performance successfully. Lin Shaohua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy General Manager of Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group, Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, Huang Ligang, Supervisor of the Provincial Supervision Committee in the Provincial Construction Engineering Group, Liu Xiaoyi, Deputy General Manager, Chairman of the Labor Union, Li Xiangyang, Chief Engineer, and Yu Ren, Assistant to the General Manager, are equal to members of the Chang team.
More than 200 cadres and employees of the group's holding companies and agency headquarters watched this wonderful performance.
 
The performance was hosted by the Jiangxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and undertaken by the Singing Art Professional Committee of Jiangxi Culture and Art Development Promotion Association and the labor union of Jiangxi Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The performance is divided into five parts: singing and dancing, "Aestheticism · Motherland Love", "Great Beauty · Labor Beauty", "Most Beautiful · Chinese Dream" and the ending. On the afternoon of June 3, Jiangxi Construction Engineering International, in collaboration with Jiangxi Construction Engineering Machinery Installation, conducted the 2026 annual fire safety exercise. Through a simulated fire scenario, the drill covered the entire emergency response process, including evacuation, fire suppression, and first aid for injured personnel. All employees on duty at the company participated.

On May 27, 2026, Jiangxi Construction Engineering International convened the Second Session of its Second Congress of Employees (Members), thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Group’s 2026 Work Conference, the First Session of the Fourth Congress of Employees, and the Second Session of the First Congress of Employees of the Domestic Engineering Company. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the company’s performance in 2025, analyzed the progress of key indicators for the first quarter of 2026, and outlined plans for the year’s major tasks.
